Hardware grade
I am putting off, but still need to change all the bushings and spacers with new poly ones. Knowing that some bolts will be cut off or too rusty, what grade bolts to replace with?

Good quality grade 8 and nothing less! I get mine from the local CAT dealer.

Suspension ALWAYS Grade 8. The last thing you want is a control arm falling off.

That's what I figured. Luckily I have a Farm & Fleet about 1/2 mile from me where I can buy bulk for $3.69/lb. Four 1/2" X 2" grade 8 with 8 washers 4 lock washers and 4 nuts, grand total with tax, $2.36.
