Is the Adrenaline considered a "heavy" mod. I know that the chip will have to be reflashed, but wondering cost.

No, it's not considered a heavy mod. In fact, it's nearly a drop-in. We usually just need to make a slight change to 2 table to resolve a minor issue with rolling idle, but given that you're an OBS truck, it would most likely just drop in without any issues at all.
