Question Changing gear ratio in stock tune

Hi, just got done swapping out my 4.6 for a 5.4l. I still need to order my custom tune for the 5.4. I know you can change tire size in stock tune. But can you change gear ratio? My truck has 4.10s in it. Or do I have to load one of the can tunes to change gear ratio?

Thanks Mike J.

Yes, you can change the gear ratio. I think you have to load a tune to change it though. It's not a big deal, you can use the Trans Only tune if you don't want to tune the engine.
