MY first guess would be the IPR % is off a bit, but this is not usually an issue with stocked HPO pumped trucks.

Soo,should I rebuild it or is it a tune issue?

Could just be a case where the IPR cannot respond quick enough.

Not sure if cleaning it out will be enough to cure your issue, but does not hurt to try.

Shouldn't need one with Bill's tunes. I think he tricks the PCM so it won't throw that code.

It's not the code I'm worried about it is the stalling problem,it is only when i lift after HARD excell.Just a little embarassing after a good wholeshot.I know,Iknow, shouldn't be doing burnouts with a dually but its still cool. When I finally grow up they'll plant grass on me!

I understand that you don't care about the code, what I'm saying is that Bill puts a code on his tunes that doesnt allow for the defueling you are talking about. I don't know what your problem is but unless bill or Cody chime in and say otherwise I don't think your truck is defueling.
