Problem 7.3 65 Hp tow - lost cruise control cant do a KOEO test
Hi Guys need help.
just got my pcm done with a PHP 65 tow program noticed my cruise was intermittant and now doesnt work. I have the ford manual and looked online What I have done so far: Replaced 3rd Brake light - it was failed. Checked fuse - it was fine. Tried to run the Cruise Control Key On Engine Off test - it did not work. Dont want to change a bunch of parts. Does the PHP program eliminate the KOEO test and disable the Cruise Control? Thanks, Terry

mine cruse didnt work when i bought my truck but all it had was an exhaust but i would check the deactivation switch on the master and have the harness update done to i believe the switch is $20 or so is what i was charged when i took it to my stealership

No, the cruise control is not disabled in the tuning. That would be a cruel trick.
