Default 6.0 Check your Turbo Hoses Pics included

Was having some strange problems with my 2003 F-250. Thought it might have been a fuel related problem. I went to dealer to check the ICP Sensor and they found a hole in the Turbo hose.

Would have been hard to see it is where the clamp goes over the hose.

This is the new hose in place

So, looks like you were getting little to no boost? And, it's not something you're going to "hear" at idle, with the hood open, is it?

was never going over 10 psi going through the gears, now it hits 14 and 15 psi.

I did remember a whistle sound that I'm not hearing now. I wish I could have got a picture for everyone at the spot it is mounted.

I'm trying to go through some different programs to see if it improves with them.

I have seen some 27 and 28 psi today. Seems to be doing better. Only problem was I still have a problem with the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts when the oil temp is below 150 degrees. It shift then bucks a couple of times. Thought it might be lack of boost but with the hose fixed might be something else. Will say by the end of today's driving it seems to be better. Have to try again tomorrow morning and see what happens.
