Default ecm/tcm-hotficm rollback-reprogram

Hi , I have a few que's can anyone help plz.05 f-250 6.0 Fx4 3.73. Brand new costemer to PHP. 58v php performance tune ficm, in process of rollback & performance tune with php with egr deleted
1 will i get reciept of stategy before & after tune?
2 does the mpg differ drasticly between the 40hp heavy tow& 65hp moderate tow
3 I read in one forum someone did rollback with new statergy and notice no performance gains because he needed to clean or replace exhaust backpressure sensor, should I also clean orreplace this.
4 Is there anything else I should consider cleaning or checking to get expected results from this work.
5 also I plan to buy the gryphon in the near future, should I do bulletproof
egr manifold delete & will this permanetly stop antifrezze frm getting sucked
into my motor due to faulty egr cooler.
6 or should I just hav php just make tunes for me with egr deleted... thank you ahead of time , mike

I can't answer most of your questions, but I might help a little. If you know that something is wrong with your motor, or it needs to be cleaned, then do it before you get any custom tunes.
And also welcome to the forum!
