If you have the 5.4L then you have a 9.75 rear end.
With 37's I would go with 4.88's definitely. And dont forget to do the gears on the front also (4wd only). |

You are looking for install kits for both front and rear. Also you are looking for ring and pinions for front and rear.
CALL THEM/ EMAIL THEM They are the experts and they may need some info like your VIN and/or axle tag numbers. Phone # and contact info is in the link I provided.
