I don't want to lead you to think that your truck is running lean but it could be the problem.
My best advice is to put the stock intake back on and the put the cai back on when your upgraded gryphon comes back with your custom tunes. It's hard for me to say it's running lean because I can't hook up a wide band to see what the afr actually is. K+N is one of the least agressive cai's on the market also. 04-05's were known for lean programming from the factory.

Let's get something straight.
I'm not telling that your k+n is bad. I'm telling you that its one of the best ones out on the market. It has been researched and designed more than any on the market. Why I'm saying less agressive is that k+n found the sweet spot for the MAF that's closet to stock. So NO don't go out and spend anymore money. You have a GOOD cai. Peace!
