FYI, the 09-10 F150 CS/CTS already has these options:

So Edge isn't working on these and there's no plan to?

That email was explaining our new Maintenance Manager that will allow you to set reminders of when to do specific maintenance procedures on the truck. That is what that email was about.

I'm not sure where you are getting your information from but at this time there are no plans for any such update on the schedule. Currently the Evolution does not program the truck's TCM therefore we cannot change the shifting characteristics of the transmission. We are working on being able to program the TCM of the truck but we do not have a timeframe of if/when this will happen.

I’m sorry, I guess I wasn’t clear.

I heard through the grapevine (someone received an e-mail from Edge and posted it on F150online.com) that there was a big update coming for the CS/CTS to add features for the 09-10 F150. This update was supposed to come out in October.

I’m hoping this rumored update will add a number of the missing features (missing as in they are available for the 04-08 on the Evolution), such as:

WOT (Wide Open Throttle) Shifting
Standard (Std.) Shifting
Shift Firmness
Rev. Limiter
Timing Adjustment
WOT Fuel
AVG MPG (not instantaneous)

If the October update is not going to add these features, when does Edge planning on adding them?

I'll have to check directly with Edge. I've not heard any further from them. Hopefully I'll have more information tomorrow.

Nearly a month has gone by.

Are there any specs out for the CTS as far as HP gains, Torque gains, MPG gains, etc?

Also, are there provisions for adjusting shift firmness, speed limiter, and other functions that were available on the 04-08 models?

The edge website is very lax in its information pertaining to the programmer. I can't believe it is taking this long to get these things together.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting much information about projected updates. As I know, so shall our customers.

As for dyno numbers, I'd be happy to find anyone local with an '09/'10 and dyno them for free so we can have our own numbers. If there's anyone that has an Evo/Gryphon and is willing to drive to Winder, GA for a dyno test, let me know.

I'm in Alabama and have the Gryphon CTS I got from you in October. I'm in the queue (hopefully) for the custom tunes I ordered at the same time. It's a 2009 King Ranch 5.4.
I could make the run over there for the dyno after the first of the year.
