If you aren't feeling any real performance benefit and can return it for a full refund, I'd do it. It IS puzzling to me though, that there's not SOME gains. I bought an Edge Evolution (converted now to a Gryphon), and I definitely felt improved power and shifting characteristics when I loaded the Level 2 tow tune into my truck. I've never bothered with Level 3, since I don't want to buy expensive gas.
I cannot say what price
PHP will charge for their version of the CS or CTS when they are available though. But, I'm planning to get a CTS and I will deal directly with
PHP.
