Finally Got my tunes, same procedure followed as last time, just this time EDGE did not have an update waiting for me.

Having a download problem is not a big deal, I understand that complications could arise considering that you are stuck working within a system (EDGE) that you did not design.

I found out about the EDGE update problem after the initial download failed. Consider notifying your customers to update the edge product before we place the order as part of the order process, not all your customers are going to sign onto your forum before placing an order.

The reason why my posts on this thread show my frustration is not about having a download problem. That fact that it takes 3 months from the time the problem came up until I had any contact with PHP staff is not good customer service and is frustrating. I tried every private channel I could with no response before posting here.

I know that there have been health issues etc. But from my point of view you have to understand I might be upset by you stating I downloaded twice which caused the problem (which I did not) and implying I have no right to be upset with very poor after sale support. Very simply put, PHP got very behind for a time and could not handle all the emails and Phone calls, because of that you are going to have a few upset customers. Admit there was a problem, apologize and move on, don't make it my fault, all I did is follow the instructions on the Ordering page and send you money.

Also the forum link that you gave me to get my tunes resent is titled "Gryphon CS/CTS 3.0 Update" I did not think to request a resend of my tunes in that area, it did not seem like the right place. "Upgrade Your EVO" seems to be a better fit for the problem I was having as that is what I was trying to do.
