Sent in the order form last week Thursday and was just curious as to how long it normally takes to get a response from someone at PHP. I have tried calling a few times with no avail. I just want to make sure they indeed got my form and possibly a round about time that a programmer should become available.

There is a 5 week wait on the programmer.

Corey has been out of the office for the last week and a half due to surgery and JUST came back to the office this morning.
