Default FICM Reprogramming & ECM Rollback lost MPG HELP!?

I took a trip with only the Edge CTS Programmer set on the performance canned tune and got 16 at 75 mph which i was pretty happy with. However I recently Rolledback my ECM/TCM along with the FICM and now can barely get 10 mpg on the highway!? I cleaned EBP Sensor and tube with no result so I replaced the sensor and again getting about 9-10 mpg on the highway at 70 mph. Anyone suggest anything else that may be wrong with the truck??

What year is the truck? model? srw drw? etc etc

Are these hand calculated mpg figures?

Were you towing?

What did it get before the edge was installed?

The Truck is a 2007 f250 SRW all stock except PHP FICM, PHP rollback VXCF4, Edge Programmer set on performance setting always

This is no towing and its mixed highway/City driving. Everything is hand calculated for mpg.

Before the Edge was installed I would see 14 at the very very best.

After Installation of the Edge set on the performance setting I was getting 16 at 75 mph. Cruise was set the entire time for 380 miles.

After PHP FICM my mileage stayed about the same (15.5 mpg) and only ran one tank through before I performed the rollback to VXCF4. My mileage then seem to go downhill overnight after that. The best I have seen is 11.4 mpg after running 3 tanks through.

Is there other sensors I should check? No lights on the dash. Gonna swithch to synthetic oil tomorrow see if that helps at all.

Whats the MPG with the roll back and set to stock? Perhaps there is something in the canned edge tunes and don't jive with vxcf4?

Also where do you live? Have they switched to winter blend fuel?
