Was waiting to get this done to buy an SCT and get custom tunes because I knew custom tunes wouldn't work after the rollback. Now I am back at square one.

Oh yeah. I also still haven't gotten my deposit credited back to my card for the tuner being returned either.

I know you've heard this before...but I left Bill a note. I'm sorry it is the best I can do from here.
To do the roll back, Bill had to do it himself, so I'm not sure why your still reading VXBC9. Did you buy a used programmer?

No it's a new sct. Even if it was used, I didnt realize an SCT could change the strategy.

Well considering my truck still isn't rolled back, my $250 deposit still hasn't been returned, they won't return my email, won't post up here, and I haven't been able to get them on the phone, I decided to just dispute it with my credit card company. Maybe at least that will get them to communicate with me. I just have a bad taste in my mouth about all this.

I don't want a refund. I really just want my ECM rolled back like I paid fr, and the $250 deposit on the programmer back that they owe me.
