I am going to do my best to have the order form available today before we head out of town. To answer the questions we've received MOST:
1 - Yes, you will have to send your chip to us, but we will do our best to keep the turnaround time to a minimum; it will depend entirely on current workload. 2 - There is no chip that we aren't able to read. 3 - No, we will not provide you with data that is the IP of your tuner. If you want that, you will have to speak to him directly. From the number of e-mails we've received from people wanting this information about their files, it looks as if we're going to be very busy when we get back!  Thank you for your support!
