Question from newbie

Hello, i am new to the hydra world (not installed yet) and just play around. In futuure i like to create my own tune with changed shift points. I tried to use minotaur software but how can i get the hydra tune readable for it to change something?
Plus other cuestion, is there a list with available custom tunes and what they do anywhere available?
