Do they email or call seeing as lars ordered on 2/16 and his our done. I sent my hex code on 1/26 and received a reply from Corey saying she got it. I am starting to wonder if they have the wrong phone number or email? Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure they send you an email. I notice you don't have your unit's Serial Number or HEX code in your User CP. I'd add that if I were you.
But, it DOES sound like you need to get hold of them to discover the status of your tunes. You COULD always return your truck to stock, activate Pegasus, plug your unit into the PC then click on Updates->Targeted Functions to see if there are tune files waiting for you. It can't hurt to do this. Pegasus will either find the files or it won't. If it doesn't find the files, it will be obvious.

Yeah! Hey! I ordered my Gryphon on the 6th of February and got the HEX code e-mailed to Corey AND posted that and my serial number on my "user CP" on 14 February...What gives?!

No way jose!
Mine ain't done yet haven't received the magic email yet. Heck! I don't even bug them about them. I figure the more I bug them the more time is wasted and interuptions are counterproductive. Jack stated that me and a few others "should be close to be being done" in another thread.
So eventhough I am a moderator I don't have anymore advantages than anyone else who has ordered customs.
Remember good things come to those who wait.

BTW how or why do you think mine are done anyways?????
The only thing I have ever posted about my customs is that I screwed up on my HEX code on getting it in a week later because at the time I really didn't think it was important!
BTW look at my SIG it hasn't changed yet!

Ahhhh! It's funny how much dirt gets kicked up around here when someone asks about who got what and when! Thanks once again for the info Groovy, it's nice to get that to ease my mind...
