I'm still waiting to hear whether or not you have received the re-submission of my order.

Serial/invoice # 1154.

If there is a problem, I need to know so I can send you any other necessary information and prevent another 6 month delay.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, I just want to make sure everything's all set this time.

Jack and I have tried to do our part.
Now you can sit and wait or try another option "the phone". Last week was shut down week for them. Now this week they should be answering. Goto powerhungry performance.com to get the ph #'s. One other option is a fax also.

We actually have your original order as well. Finally figured out that you ordered your programmer without custom tunes and then requested them later.

Bill is working on custom tuning this week, as the manual for one of our new products was completed last night. You're covered!
