Hey yall! :howdy: Been lurking around here a few times and decided I might as well sign up! I do recognize a few names from F150online where I usually goof off! :) I have a 2005 F150 and currently have an Edge. I am definately interested in a performance tune and possibly in a tow tune as well? However I have heard that there is not much to improve on over the canned Edge tow tune? It will be nice to get some info straight from the horses mouth! Or at least the horses forum! :hehe:

Agree with Lars, and welcome over here! :howdy:
As far as tow tunes go, the canned one is set up for loads in the 5-6000# range I think. I tow a 3600# trailer, so I had one written for that need. And, for both my tunes, I told Bill I really wasn't interested in burning rubber off a stoplight, but wanted good passing performance at highway speeds, and was hoping for better fuel economy too.
Bill's tunes improved my driving experience in all those areas over the canned or stock tunes.

Thanks guys! Yeah my trailers dry weight is 6300#. So at least 7000# with all the stuff in it. It moves it fine off the line but I would like a little more upper rpm torque at hwy speed and any MPG improvement would be great. I joined over here to get as much info as possible before I order. Just want to make sure all my ducks are in a row!

Welcome to the forum!
I pull my rockcrawler on a flatbed, it weighs about 4500#'s. The truck handles it great.
