Ok so I have changed my exhaust to a Magniflow SI/SO do I need to change anything on my gryphon?

The rule of thumb is, if the mods(changes) came after the cats no new tune needed.
Its when you get into long tube headers and stuff that you need a new tune.
So as long as you just stuck a maggie muffler on then you are good to go.

Also, high flow cats (or *AHEM* removal of the rear cats) will be grounds for a new custom tune. Of course, CAIs, long tubes headers, and even some shortys will require retuning as well.
