Question about Warranty - Edge to Gryphon

Corey or Bill,

Just wondering since I will be changing my Evo to the Gryphon Firmware and Custome Tunes, who should I goto for waranty issue if I have a problem with the actual Programmer. (If it turns out to be hardware issue, ie actual programmer)

After conversion, the warranty should be handled through us, although Edge will still honor the warranty in a pinch. It's just that it is part of our private label agreement to handle any hardware issue and do our best to keep them out of the direct customer loop.
