I'm lost on what to do now?!?!

So I have my Gryphon and I had two custom tunes made
but what Im confused on is that I recieved the paper in my gryphon box that says
" This unit is currently pre-programmed with canned tunes
To complete your custom tuning we will need for you to provide the vehicles calibration hex code blah blah blah! lol

Ok well I sent the HEX code and gryphon serial number to the provide email adress on the paper but I never recieved anything back saying yall got my email so now I have no clue how to recieve my custom tunes from yall! :sigh:

I just installed the pegasus software so what did I have to do to get my custom tunes on my gryphon???

you will get a email from Bill when your custom tunes are ready, it might be awhile before you get them as Bill is always busy.

Corey or Bill will chime in here in a second to help you out

for now you just have to use the canned tunes unless you have modifications done to your truck

I completely didnt even think about having to wait for custom tunes to be ready!

I guess I thought when I ordered my programmer they were on there!! lol:D

I guess I didnt really here from anybody anywhere on how long it has been taking to get the custom tunes in!
