I will go through "General Support" at the first week and weekend of every month, to clean up old threads.
If the Original Poster's thread gets closed and needs to be reopened please PM the thread link to me and I will reopen it.
I just spent the last few days cleaning up threads in "General Support" that had been left hanging for a month or more.
A couple of them were 5 months old!
If 30 days is not enough then please PM me and I will negociate.
