Problem downloading tunes

When we log on to the Power Hungry server we're only seeing 6 of the 20 tunes that are supposed to be available. There's only one of the tunes that I would ever use. Does anyone have any idea on how to find the rest of the tunes or how to solve this problem? I've tried downloading updates, but I always get an error message.
