It looks like I will be heading to the exhaust shop later today, when going in for exhaust work should I program back to stock?
The shops I've gone to in the past use arc welders which is why I ask

Yes, I'd program the truck to stock and remove the Gryphon. I don't know whether they disconnect the battery or not, but I certainly would if I were them.
