First I would like to thank you for being here online and performing the services / products that will put a smile on my face and a kick in my Expedition's HP.

I recently purchased a low miles '08 Loaded Expedition "Funk Master Flex 4X4 Edition" to replace my terminally ill Suburban K2500 which was used as a tow vehicle for my race car and trailer, I just happened to run across the Expedition while working in South Carolina and couldn't pass it up because of the loaded features and the paint scheme which match my race team colors.

I wasn't really excited about the 20" chrome rims and low-pro tires, a little to BLING BLING for me, so they immediately went Bye-Bye for a more appropriate looking truck wheel / tire combo. Then as usual, like with my race prepped SCCA sports cars, I started looking for mods.

This search has led me to your forum, as well as many aftermarket performance products. In less than 2 months I've installed a K&N CAI, TB Spacer, Gibson Headers, Random Tech 3" I/O HiFlow Cats and a custom 3" header to tip, exhaust system. And this is only phase 1 of my list of mods.

Now it's time to optimize these current mods with with the (from what I read here) expertise and products of PHP.

So let the games begin... I've emailed Cory the order form and awaiting a total cost and preferred method of payment. I forgot to ask him if he needed the PCM serial number, or any other components SN's before the process can begin, So I have included my PCM info in my user CP and awaiting instructions for anything else.

It's a pleasure to join your forum, I hope we have a trouble free and mutually beneficial business relationship on this first round, because I've got a few other "tune necessary" mods that will be installed quickly afterwards.

Welcome!:)

Unfortunately PHP cannot tune the 08 expy using the Gryphon yet.
I think they can do custom tunes with an xcal?
The big problem holding up tuning using the gryphon for the 07+ expy's and the newer 09+ f150's is edge right now.

Interesting, I must have mis-read their product website. Yep, it surely says 2005-2006. Well, then... I've got a cunnundrum on my hands... Multiple mods that are leaning out the engine, and no way to fix it !

Any suggestions ? Was looking forward to having PHP do the tune, but if it no workie, it no workie...

I'll continue this thread in the Exped Forum because I have some other ?'s Thank you for the info....

Well after reading the intro I'd almost be asking you if there is any way to add more fuel. :hehe: You could probably add slightly bigger injectors or something. The computer will end up dumping more fuel because it'll still be thinking the injectors are stock size. Then when the time comes where he can tune it you'll get more out of the tune.
