What is the best time to get someone on the phone to talk too.

It can be hard to get ahold of them on the phone because they are always busy. Here is what they put on their website.

We ACCEPT Phone Calls between 12PM - 4PM EST Mon, Wed, & Fri and 5PM - 9PM EST Tues & Thurs


I'm not sure if they are still having their monthly phone closures but they are closed right now for a family issue.
