So it looks like PHP will reopen on Monday. I have my form filled out and I have a box ready to ship my EVO. Now, should I be expecting a call from Bill when he receives my order to discuss my tunes or is he going to rely solely on my order form?

PHP relies heavily on the order form. So try to be as descriptive as possible.
They will call or email if there are any questions or decrepencies.

If you have any order changes that need to be addressed after you send it off please start a thread in "order status reqests".
This is so they can see it easier.
