Just bought an early 99 PS w/ 6spd. It is bone stock with 255k on the clock.
I'm doing a lot of reading because this is my first diesel. Honestly I wouldn't have bought it except it was just too good a deal. With diesel prices going up and the fact that I don't tow really heavy (about 8k total) and parts for diesels seem to be quite expensive it just wouldn't have paid off. BUT, I'm digging it so far.
I've read a lot, and I've got a LONG ways to go before I have a handle on what I need. Any suggestions are welcome.
And good used parts at basement prices are always welcome!:cheesy smile:
