HI,Just looking for some info about changing the evolution to gryphon for more power if possible.With the evo on extreme while towing I get black smoke most of the time and EGTs are not too high. Can the gryphon give more power than the evo with less smoke?

The truck is a 97 f450 5spd

-6.0 intercooler,early 99 wastegated turbo with boost at 25 psi,4" exhaust,LuK clutch and single mass flywheel,pyro,boost gauge.

Yes you should be able to get the Gryphon upgrade, then pick the tunes you want. you really wont get much over 80hp with the OBS trucks unless you change injectors
