I told a friend about this place and he can't access the site from work. The php part of it is causing the filter to block it.

Did he try the internet option thing as far as unclicking the prxy server box? Have him go to;
Tools
Internet options
Connections
Lan settings
and unselect Proxy

I am on a govt sytem at work and that does the trick. (it does take a little bit to load, but it will do it).
