How are we notified?

Guys,

Will I be sent an email when my custom tune is ready? I am at 6 weeks since the order. Wasn't sure if it's ready but I just haven't been notified. Please advise and have a great day :cheesy smile:

Bill will send you an email. Unfortunately many email programs think his notifications smell spammy. You can try putting your truck to stock, taking it inside, firing up pegasus and try the "download custom tunes". If you have any tunes available they will be put on the programmer.

I'll wait. I check my junk email and anti-spam folders regularly. Nothing yet. Thanks for the response.

From what others have said, sometimes your ISP doesn't even let the notification get to your spam folder. :shrug:

However, with the new dyno and all, I suspect things are delayed. If you don't hear anything in about two weeks, I'd try what Longshot said. (Assuming you DO have the monochrome Gryphon and not the CS/CTS - which uses Fusion).
