Recevied Gryphon, have questions

I just received my Gryphon which was upgraded from the Edge Evolution and when I got it back installed it and other than the new black case and gryphon splash screen looks just like it did before; power programming options show the 3 canned tunes that came with the Edge but I was supposed to receive 3 custom tunes. I received no instructions, manual or other information and have been searching the site for a few hours to find info... like where are my custom tunes? Can someone point me in the right direction for a user's guide on my Gryphon and custom tunes? Much appreciated.

First off, try Online/Live Support (http://www.readydeskhosted.com/phptune/customer/rdlogin.aspx) .

But were you told the Gryphon would be shipped to you WITH the custom tunes? Sometimes they will ship out the Gryphon asap, but it usually takes a month or so before then actual tunes are completed.

I waited 2 months for the conversion of my Edge Evolution to Gryphon and all that was included with the unit was a receipt.
