Tow tune downshift into 2nd

Hey guys,

Wondering if I can get my tow tunes to downshift into 2nd at 30mph. It won't do it unless I push the pedal to about 3/4. I seem to have a lot of times when I slow down on curved roads and it would be nice for it to drop down to 2nd.

I have a burner I bought from you so I'm ready :D

The best way to get this accomplished is to create a service ticket using the online support that can be found on our website. Then I can assign it to Cody or Bill. :)
