Hi. I just don't want to screw anything up here...I have a gryphon w/ custom tunes that was installed on my 06 F150. I kept it, thinking I could re-use it on my 09. Well that didn't work out, since the Gryphons from the 04-08 trucks will not work with the 09 -ups. So, I want to remove the custom tunes and return to "canned tunes" so I can sell it. Is it true that all I have to do is hook up to Pegasus and update it? Any assistance will be appreciated.

And Bill/Corey - can't wait to get those custom tunes for my new CS!!! :cheesy smile:

Darin,

All you need to do is connect to Pegasus, go to [Updates], and select [Gryphon Update Manager]. On the update screen, select the latest firmware and calibration versions and then click the [Update All] button. This will load the latest canned version of the firmware and calibrations. Of course, make sure that the programmer is returned to stock or the unit will not update.

Take care.

Thanks, Bill. I did return the truck to stock before trade-in. Appreciate the advise.

As I suggested in our PMs on f150online, please go to the online support page on PHP's webpage. I don't know what's causing the problem, but it's clear that the updates are not being installed.
