The forum probably isn't the best place to get help. Check the add above:

The PHP office will be closed December 9 - December 17. Bill and Corey will be completely unreachable; Cody can be reached directly at 678-890-8117, and he can help with product questions and 7.3 technical support; he will not, however, be able to answer questions regarding order status.

Sounds like you might have to wait until after the 17th. If it were me, I would just run the stock 87 tow tune until you can get it figured out. Good luck...

I'll leave a message for Cody on the mod board. Also, DO NOT run that tune with 87 in the tank. Even if you fill up with 91, give it two tanks to buffer out the lower grade fuel.

The issue has been resolved. Bikerfuzz's CORRECT tunes have been reloaded to Pegasus.

Will wait for a confirmation from him that I finally got it right this time.

I guess that's what happens when I have two order forms for the same HEX code on my desk at one time.

bikerfuzz,

Did you check your latest service ticket by chance? I saw that you came up with an F1 error and I listed some steps to get you up and running.

Nope. I will have to wait until I can get access to my work computer over the internet. Seems to me like we have a conflict of information regarding the HEX code. If I am thinking straight (which rarely happens these days), the one he gave me on the service ticket is not the one that I remember seeing on the order form.

I will get the problem fixed as soon as I have access to the PHP main database.

Sorry for the delay, Bikerfuzz. I truly do apologize for the wait.

Bobby,

I just want to verify that your displayed HEX code is, in fact, TEJF3PZ (which is what you have listed in your User CP) because the files that we built for you are for RXDE5E2, which will obviously not work at all.

Please let me know which is the correct file so we can get this resolved.

Thanks.

We'll get 'er fixed up for you right away. I don't know where we ended up with that other calibration code, but it's definitely a mistake on our part. I apologize for the mistake and appreciate your understanding.

Take care.

More correctly, a mistake on my part.

Well blame is unimportant. All that really matter is that it's made right, asap! I'm trusting now, since were talking , that it will be .

Please - You WILL be taken care of. Unlike some places, PHP is very willing to own up to their mistakes, and, they make things right.

CODY called me Monday the other day to tell me the new program was up and ready. I loaded it all up and it went in no problems. Iam glad it all seemed to work out in the end. Thanks to all that helped.
