is it usually a 12+ week wait for remote programming? i knew when i placed my order there was a waiting period, just didn`t expect this long(just a little disappointed....:sigh:....). but, from what i have read and heard it will be worth it.
do all people that place an order for remote programming wait this long?
now before anyone takes this the wrong way, i do understand that with Corey being off work with her migranes( prayers were sent), with holiday season upon us and all the other orders, this may have put them behind.... anyway, Bill and Corey, i hope you have a wonderfull week with your son`s....
everyone have a safe and happy holiday`s....:D

with the ficm programming and ecm role back, it can take a while.. They only have a few programmers to send out at a time and lots of folks are on the waiting list.

Alex,
We really are sorry for the delay. It's been a struggle to keep up with the demand for rollbacks as we are getting more orders in than we have units for. This continually pushes our lead times further back. We have added another 4 units to help try to pick up some slack and hopefully start reducing the lead times.
And don't worry... no offense taken. I understand how difficult it is to be patient sometimes. :2thumbs:

i had some time tonite, so i thought i would see when i actually placed my order. it is now going on 18+weeks. i did talk to Corey last week regarding this, as i had a issue with my credit card(which has been taken care of). i have called for status updates and was under the impression it would be soon. sorry for sounding negative....
take care

Please be aware that there is a currently a 4-8 week wait for remote programmers. We have fifteen programmers that are out and about at any given time. Every day, however, we receive new orders for remote programming, which has caused this delay. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Customers receive an e-mail when a programmer is available. We do not process a customer's credit card until we receive confirmation.
If you cannot wait 4-8 weeks for a programmer to become available, you are welcome to ship your FICM and/or ECM/TCM to us. In most cases there is a 24 hour turnaround for reprogramming. Please call us if you have any questions.
just came across this....if i had a second vehicle i would/could send PHP my FICM and ECM/TCM for reprogram/rollback....
:sigh:
