Hello everyone, I am in process of trading in my evo to the gryphon in hopes of better performance.* I have a 2003 F150 KingRanch supercrew 4 inch lift 35 tires, k&n cai and magnaflow cat back. Transmission just failed this weekend so I am kinda bummed. Hope the gryphon can cheer me up!!!!

Yow! Any idea why it failed? Welcome to the forum anyway though. Custom tunes on the Gryphon should be kinder on the transmission than the setup Ford used too. :howdy:

Welcome to the site, sorry about the trans. I have a guy that builds bullet proof transmissions. You will enjoy the Gryphon.

Thanks guys I had very little warning on the trans failure, backed into my driveway and it locked up in reverse. Anyways the planetary failed inside. It sucks because I don't beat on my truck its my baby but I guess it was time. I have a new one sitting in the shop, just waiting for time to replace it.
