FU and FU2 chip

I searched and could not find what I was looking for so hopefully someone can chime in. Currently I have a 01 F250 7.3 with minor mods. I was leaning towards a FU chip so I could change programs when needed. However, I do plan later to add injectors and an Adrenaline HPOP but it will be a while from now- 18 months to 2 years unless tragedy strikes and I loose an injector or 2. Then it will be one then the other after recouping the lost cash. Can the FU chip work with the injectors and/or HPOP or do I need to move up to the FU2? Can the FU be upgraded to the FU2, if not?

you can upgrade it for a nominal fee, but yes you will need the fu2 when you get injectors..
