Hey guys, finally ordered my first tune from PHP. Ive heard nothing but great things about Bills tunes and cant wait to try it out.
I ordered it for my SCT xcal. I had originally got a tune from a different company which... well to say the least, left me rather disappointed. Im actually fairly confident I was getting better performance out of the canned tunes on my Edge (prior to selling it) then i was with a custom tune using my xcal.
Anyway, hoping Bill can make a believer out of me ;)
Just curious roughly how long it takes to get a tune? 2-3 weeks? Couldnt find it on the website anywhere :S

Typically 4 to 6 weeks depending on work load, but could be less. Look at your order invoice and there is a box with an estimated completion date.

Hi, I'm new to the Forum...
I placed a order via PHP website for my SCT x3 on 12 Sept and never received a invoice. My credit card was charged, but have not heard/received anything from PHP. I am unable to call during phone hours due to my work schedule...I did email a week or so ago, but haven't heard anything back. I don't want to rush perfection, but after reading this post, I have become concerned about not receiving a invoice or any confirmation on my order other than credit card being charged. Any advice? Thanks

What is on the order form is what gets put in the tuning.
We use the hex code page to see who is ready for the custom calibrations to be built. At that point, the invoice is finalized and then put on Bill's desk or emailed to me.

This should clear up some things:
http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/53313-post6.html
Bill is pretty much the only one answering the phone unless Corey feels up to it (hopefully her upcoming surgery is helpful!!) and he is often on the phone for 20-30 minutes at a time; sometimes up to 60 minutes.
JackandJanet, 88Racing, Longshot270, and I are only able to relay a message to the moderators' section or possibly report a post (goes to PHP's email). None of us ever really talk to or have any physical contact with the office.

It probably won't matter. I guess you can try emailing Corey, but it may delay your order a little more.

cleatus, you sure? 'cause you said 'probably'... nah, i can wait... ain't gonna bother Corey til she's healed up, had the same surgery she's about to have... had sleep apnea pretty bad, according to the dr's hadn't slept in like 20 years, woke 62 times an hour... Corey, if you're reading this, it's not as bad as everyone says, but you should/need to take the meds (roxycet) for a bit, even if ya don't want 'em... my prayers are with you and your son

How has Corey been doing, does anyone have the latest update?
I had sent a few emails in, but obviously with the surgery and everything I hadn't received a response. Placed my order 11/7/2011. This is my first experience with PHP, so im just starting to get paranoid that the other orders are going to add up and im going to slip through the cracks when tunes are being written again
