It has 160k on the truck, but the motor is brand new.

Here's a breakdown of what has been done to the truck.

Engine:

Block Filled to 2" from deck (have no cooling issues, oil temps stay normal even when towing 14K)
Crank turned .010 under on both rod and main journals
Clevite 77 bearings
Main Girdle and ARP main studs
Crower Billet Rods
Mahle pistons machined to match deck height and valve reliefs cut to accommodate cam
Rotating assembly balanced to 1 gram
Heads are ported and polished, new cups, bronze valve guides, hard seats, Clevite 77 valves, and are machined to accept the FireRings with a 25RA finish
WOP cam
WOP valve spring kit installed at ~1.86
WOP FireRings
SmithBro's chromoly pushrods
Stealth twin HPOP's
Dieselsite reservoir spacer
Dieselsite 203* thermostat
Dieselsite coolant filter
New oil cooler

Air:
TN 88mm ball bearing primary
TN 66mm ball bearing secondary
Both stages intercooled
Both stages gated using RG-45 gates
TN wastegate controller
AFE Pro7 filter

Fuel:
Swamps 300/200% hybrids
Fuelab 42401
ITP 5/8 pickup tube
Aeromotive Hex Drive regulator
4 port feed using 3/8's lines

Transmission:
Suncoast billet input shaft
Suncoast clutches
Transgo Tugger 2 kit
Banks billet triple disk converter (stock stall)

Stereo:
Kenwood DNX 7100 HU with GPS navigation
Alpine H700 Processor
Focal 165K2PUV (components)
Image Dynamics IDQ12V3 (sub)
Sundown Audio SAZ-1000D (1000 watt sub amp)
Sundown Audio SAX 100.4D (100X4-channel speaker amp)
Custom sail panels tweeter pods
Custom center consul sub box
Custom amp rack with fiberglass/carpet fascia
Kunukonceptz Krystal Kables
All 4 doors sound deadned inside and out

Lighting:

I am interested in the tweeter pods, but I doubt that you want to part with those without selling the speakers with them... but since I already have focal speakers with tweeters I don't need them... :). Let me know. thanks! :)
