i received my gryphon programmer today and im very happy with it so far! im trying to install pegasus so i can update my gryphon when i receive my custom tunes, but im not sure which file to execute. i have a mac computer, so does that affect the install?

Yeah, it'll be easiest to use a friend's computer. The program was written for Windows and does not work on Mac. 88Racing knows other ways but they are expensive and a pain to do.

Pegasus will not work on mac.....you'll need to install parallels and a licence copy of Windows xp....runs about around $250....there are other less expensive mac Windows transition programs but they're not as good as parallels....your best bet is to find a friend or a relative and ask if you can use their pc....

thank for the information. i wish i knew this before hand though.. my whole family has only mac's so hopefully one of my friends as a pc. so if i load the cd onto a pc computer then i have to open the pegasus folder and do that install correct? and do i need to do this install before i send in my hex code for my custom tunes? because i might not be able to get access for about another week or so

Nope. You can get your serial number and HEX code from your programmer as soon as you plug it in to your truck. :)

thanks! i was able to install pegasus onto my roommates laptop because he has parallels on his mac. i sent in my hex code and serial number on the forum and registered it on pegasus and also updated my info on my account with them both
