I have an Early 99 7.3 and I have injector failure at 347,000mi. I was looking to get some Full force Stage 1 Reman injectors. I currently have a TS 6 position chip and I dont know what tunes for sure are on it. What I do know is that 1 is stock, 2 raises idle, 3-5 get progressively more power. 6 smokes like crazy but not as fast as 5. I have a couple questions. Would these be some good injectors to get for my truck and what kind of tuning could I get ( like power levels) and what would the tuning costs be from PHP?

$50 per calibration.
Stage 1's are GREAT injector for a stock-ish truck!!
Going from the stock injectors, you could possibly see an increase from 300 hot, smoky horsepower up to about 360 "good" HP pretty easily.

I am very tight on money lately, I have gone back to college. Should I look for a used set on different classifieds on a reputable brand or something?

Just from my personal experiance.. I wont use anyones injectors in anything of mine other than full force diesel.. Ryan is in my opinion the best one for your injectors.. There are alot of others out there and not saying anything bad about them,,but I have never had any issues with ryans injectors that i have used personaly or that i installed for a customer.. just my two cents
