Chip question

I recently ordered a phoenix chip and was checking the tracking and it shows it was shipped to me out of Columbs, Mt. I thought you were located in Georgia.....I just want to make sure I am getting Bills tunes for my truck due to the heavy mods I have done to it. His tunes come highly recommended and I want to be sure....I do not want programs written by someone else...Thanks

I do not have an answer for you, but am curious. you might get a quicker answer if you email Bill directly. I thought Bill did all the custom tunes, but I do not know.
