Gryphon for DTC codes ??

Can I take the gryphon off my truck, plug it into a volvo, and read the DTC codes real quick ?? :notallthere:

I guess you could try - it would either recognize the Volvo's PCM or it wouldn't. I don't think there's any way the Volvo would damage the Gryphon and, as long as you didn't try to program the Volvo, it wouldn't hurt the Volvo either.

My guess is though, the Gryphon won't know what to make of the signal it receives.
