Would my 04-08 programmer work in a 2010?

I bought a 2010 F150 and I am wondering if I could use the same programmer and tune from my 05 F150. Even if I didn't use the custom tune part of it could I still use the programmer to change my tire ratio's?

if the programmer is the monochrome gryphon aka edge evolution then the answer is "No it will not work"

if the the programmer is the CS/CTS then there's a good possibility that "Yes it will work"
