Order Shipped?

I am trying to find out if my order which is Invoice: 6498 has been shipped. I received a tracking number a week before the charge was made to my account. The invoice says it was expected to ship 8/1/2012 but when I check the tracking it still says UPS has not received the package. I would think that they would have already received it and shipped it out.

try sending an email, or call during phone hours. the only people that can answer are Bill and Corey, and they aren't always on the formus.

Sounds like Corey has processed your order but hasn't put it out for the shipment. You could try giving them a call on Monday.
