Received my tunes last night and while installing the my battery died. I purchased a new battery today and now when I hook up my tuner it lights up buy no images on it? I tried hooking up to Pegasus again and nothing. It says to contact PHP. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Brad:help:

Well that is good, I would call, email, and message Bill or Corey as much as you can until you get an answer, you may have fried your Gryphon, but it may just need a reboot from Bill through pegasus. Try the live chat as well, they are sometimes there even not during business hours.

Cool thanks. Is there any moderators that can help that you know of?

Moderators only work with the forum itself, they don't have anything to do with the programming or orders or tunes. Bill, Corey, and I guess now Angela are in the main office and can do something to directly help you. Anyone else, including Cody, are only in contact with Bill the same way that you are, by email, phone, or messages here.

Hats off to Bill and crew. Excellent service. The wait is worth it.

What all did he do? I remember you saying you had running issues.

I dont know exactly. He logged on to my computer and took over the show reprograming the programer a couple times and I was good to go.
