FU wont work.... Need to down load something?

After several months i tried to reprogram, my chip, and I got a little window that popped up ad said I needed to down load an update from the website. I couldn't find anything that made sence to me. Any one know what Im looking for? Ive got a few tunes Id like to suffle out and a few I need to rotate in.
